Q: I found a game I like in the "Premium Games" section, how do I purchase it?
A: We are glad you found a game that interests you. To purchase it, just click on the "Buy Now" button on the games page. This will take you to the digital shopping cart. If you want to buy more games, just go back to Playfin and keep shopping. Otherwise, click "Checkout" to buy your game. You'll see a form that asks for your billing information. Q: I purchased my game, but where is it?
A: Once you purchase your game, you have to download and install it. If you have a slow internet connection, this might take a little longer. For problems with the download process, please refer to: Help Guide

Q: My download finished and I installed the game. Now where is it?
A: Most games will install an icon on your hard drive or in your start menu. You can also check in your program file for the game. If you still can't find it, try checking your downloads file and reinstalling the game. For other problems with your game, please refer to: Help Guide

Q: My game doesn't run, runs slowly, or looks strange when I run it. What do I do?

Q: I can't play the games on Playfin. What should I do?

Q: I downloaded the plugin, but my game still won't work. What do I do?
A: In some instances, using a different internet browser or updating your browser may fix the problem. Make sure you are using the current version of Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Chrome to receive optimal performance.

Q: I've downloaded the plugins and updated my browser and the game still won't play. What else can I do?
A: In rare cases, the game may be corrupt. Please message us at about the specific game and we will correct the matter as soon as possible.

Q: I'm looking for a certain game, how can I find it on
A: Please use our search function, located at the top right of the home page. If the desired game is not found, please make a request to and we'll work on adding it to the site.

Q: What are the controls for my game?
A: Luckily flash games are very uniform when it comes to controls. Usually games are played with just the mouse and the left-click. When a keyboard is required, the arrow keys, W, A, S, D and Space may also be used. In some cases, Shift, Z, X and C may be used. If other control schemes are needed, usually you can find a guide within the game.

Q: I signed up for an account on Playfin but have not received an activation email. What do I do?

Q: How do I access my account?
A: After logging in through the "home page" tab at the top right of the home page, a new tab will pop up next to "Premium Games". The new tab will be named "account". Clicking that tab will direct you to your account.

Q: How can I login as a different user?
A: Before another user can use their account, you must log out. The "Log Out" tab is located at the top right of the page. After that, feel free to have another user log in.

Q: Where's my high score located?
A: High scores are located in the leaderboard, located at the bottom right of the corresponding game. Remember, you must click the "Submit Score" option within the game so the leaderboard can capture your hard earned score.
